摘要
广大中小企业是从事技术创新、推动生产力发展的生力军。目前对于企业社会资本与技术创新关系的问题虽然已有学者研究,但专门针对中小企业的研究尚不多见。从社会资本视角出发,以60家上市中小企业为研究对象,对这些企业的管理者信用与技术创新之间的关系进行实证研究。结论表明:①中小企业的管理者信用对企业技术创新有积极的促进作用;②企业规模、所在区域、所属产业领域等均会对企业管理者信用与技术创新之间的关系带来影响。
Small and medium enterprises（SMEs）have begun to play an active role in technological innovation.It is known that enterprises＇social capital is useful for technological innovation,but research about the relation in SMEs is little.Using data of SMEs in the empirical study,it researches on SMEs＇entrepreneur credit and technological innovation.Then,it finds out that SMEs＇entrepreneur credit merits technological innovation,and SMEs＇scale,district area and industrial field affect the relation between SMEs＇entrepreneur credit and technological innovation.
