摘要 采用双流环密封瓦结构的氢冷发电机解体大修时,在发电机两端发现少许油污,初步判断可能是由于发电机内部进油或是油烟引起。通过对双流环式密封油结构内部和系统运行情况进行分析,探讨发电机内部油污产生的原因,从运行、检修等方面提出防范措施,减少发电机氢气污染和进油,提高发电机运行的安全可靠性。 Little greasy dirt was found on both sides of the generator when disassembling and overhauling the hydrogen cold generator with the double-current link seal tile structure. The preliminary judgment was that the oil or the lampblack entered the generator. The double-current concentric seal oil interior structure and the systems operation situation were analyzed, the reason why the oil contamination produced in the generator interior was discussed. Some measures were proposed from the operation and maintenance, which reduce the oil and hydrogen entering the generator, enhances the security reliability of the generator.
