描述了发电机密封油系统的组成、功能和特点,总结了近几年密封油系统调试的经验,分析并指出密封油进入发电机内的各种可能原因,提出事故发生后的及时处理措施,以及预防此类事故再次发生的对策,这对于今后各种类型机组的密封油系统的油冲洗、调试、运行和维护,都具有重要的指导和借鉴作用。
The structure, function and feature of generator sealing oil system are introduced. Experiences about sealing oil system commissioning in recent years are summed up. Many important reasons for sealing oil entering into generator are analyzed and pointed out. Corresponding disposal measures and countermeasures are also put forward. All these can be used for direction and references to sealing oil system flushing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of all kinds of turbo-generator units afterward.
