硅油润滑球轴承真空环境下的摩擦性能与密封研究 被引量:2

Friction Performance and Seal of Ball Bearings Lubricated with Chlorphenyl Silicone Oil in Vacuum

摘要 分析硅油润滑球轴承的润滑机制,对在不同真空度和转速下的轴承摩擦力矩进行研究。选用FY-3卫星"紫外臭氧垂直探测仪"光学调制器电机样机和进口电机,在真空度3×10-5Pa条件下进行8个月工程试验后,利用高倍电子显微镜分析试验轴承表观状态,确定润滑状态,并分析硅油的泄漏量。结果表明:轴承的摩擦力矩值随着转速的增大而趋于稳定;摩擦力矩的变化量为9.8×10-4N.m;试验期间硅油的泄漏量为1.92mg,证明采用硅油润滑适合光学调制器在真空环境下长期运转。 The principle of ball bearing lubrication with Chlorphenyl blhcone oll was analyzed, and tile IrlCtlOn torque of ball bearing was studied under different vacuum or rotational speed. Under 3×10^-5 Pa vacuum degree, the engineering test of the model machine motor of optical modulator on FY-3 satellite Ultraviolet Ozone Vertical Probe and import motor was completed for eight month, and the working contact zone apparent of ball bearing was analyzed by using high power microscope to confirm the bearing lubrication state, and the leakage rate of Chlorphenyl Silicone oil was analyzed. Under 3 ×10^-5 Pa vacuum degree, the friction of bearing tested tends to be stable with the rotation speed increasing;the variable a- mount of friction torque of the bearing lubricated with Chlorphenyl Silicone oil is 9.8×10^-4 N · m, which is less than that of the import motor lubricated with Maplub 101 grease;the leakage rate of Chlorphenyl Silicone oil is 1.92 milligram during test, so it is concluded that Chlorphenyl Silicone oil is suitable for the lubrication of space optical modulator in longterm working.
