摘要
通过MoS2膜/钢、钢/钢摩擦副在干摩擦、油和脂润滑条件下的球-盘式摩擦学试验,对比分析润滑条件、载荷、速度对MoS2膜摩擦因数的影响。结果表明:在其他条件相同时,油和脂润滑条件下,MoS2膜在零速启动、中低速情况下的动、静摩擦因数均比MoS2干膜和钢/钢摩擦副要低;MoS2膜在干摩擦、油和脂润滑条件下,摩擦因数均随载荷增加而降低,表明法向载荷越高,MoS2膜的减摩性能越好。
The tribological performance of MoS2 fihn under dry friction, oil and grease lubrication conditions was investigated by the experiments of MoS2/steel and steel/steel friction pairs on a ball-on-disk tribo-tester. The effect of lubrication,load and speed on the friction coefficient was analyzed. The results indicate that the friction coefficient of the MoS2 film lubricated with oil and grease is decreased compared with MoS2 dry-film. At the start-up and under boundary lubrication, the MoS2 film could reduce the friction effectively. The friction coefficient of MoS2 film decreases with increasing load under dry friction, oil and grease lubrication conditions.
