摘要
海藻酸钠是一种天然多糖类化合物,具有较好的成膜性能。研究海藻酸钠浓度、不同浓度和种类的增塑剂及交联剂对海藻酸钠膜性能的影响。结果表明:随着海藻酸钠浓度的增大,膜的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率逐渐上升,但水蒸气透过率和透光率有所下降。增稠剂添加增加膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,同时使膜的水蒸气透过率和透光率降低,但单甘脂的效果比琼脂好。经交联剂作用后的海藻酸钠膜的抗拉强度和耐水性增强,其中以4%的氯化钙交联效果较好。
Sodium alginate(NaAlg)is a natural polysaccharide compound and has good film-forming property. The effect of concentration of NaAlg, the concentration and type of plasticizers and cross linkers on the properties of NaAlg film were studied. The tensile strength and elongation at break of NaAlg films increased with increasing NaAlg concentration and adding of plasticizers. However, the water vapor permeability (WVP)and transmittance decreased. Glycerel monostearte was better than agar as plasticizer. Treatment with 4 % calcium chloride on the film could increase the tensile strength and water resistance of NaAlg film.
