摘要
本文对云南省保山地区潞江坝产玫瑰茄萼片的红色素利用层析法、高压液相色谱法、光谱等技术进行分析研究,结果证明:红色素的主要成分是飞燕草素-3-双葡萄糖苷,矢车菊素-3-双葡萄糖苷和微量的飞燕草素-3-葡萄糖苷。
This paper presents a preliminary study on the red pigment of dried calyxes of Roselle. The pigment is analysed by chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, spectrophotometry and other methods. The result showed that the main pigments of Roselle Red are delphinidin-3-diglucosids (D1-3-GG), cyanidin-3-diglucosids (Cy-3-GG). and delphinidin- 3-glucosid (D1-3-G).
