摘要
将蓝宝石光纤插入AOD炉底枪主枪内,导出铁液内的光信号,通过比色法推导出铁水的比色温度并采集到计算机中,利用LabVIEW提供操作界面和显示界面,实现了铁水温度的在线数据采集、传送、分析、显示和查询功能。
By inserting a sapphire fiber into the bottom of AOD furnace,we get the light signal from the steel liquid and transfer it to the temperature signals which are sent to the computer.With LabVIEW,the interface and display interface are offered to realize the on-line data acquisition,transmission,analysis,display and inquiry for the liquid steel temperature.
