摘要
温度是工业生产中常见的工艺参数,温度控制在工业实践和科学研究中具有极大意义,因此,温度控制是生产自动化的重要任务。采用直接数字控制(DDC)中的最小拍控制来控制一电加热炉,输入为加在电阻丝两端的电压,电加热炉的炉内温度作为输出,系统输出输入的传递函数为:G(s)=2/(s(s+1)),要实现的温控范围为(100~500)℃。系统采用的控制方案以及抗干扰设计使其达到了较好的控制效果。
In the industrial production,the temperature is a common technological parameter,temperature control plays a significant role in industrial applications and scientific research,thus ,temperature control is an important task for production automation. Using minimal step control of Direct digital control (DDC),adding the voltage on both sides of the resistance wire as the inputs ,furnace temperature of electric heating furnace as ture control scope is outputs ,system-transfer function for outputs and inputs :G(s)=2/(s(s+1)),tempera-( 100-500)℃,so electric heating furnace is controlled. At the same time ,in order to reach better control ,system adopts control project and resisting-disturbance design.
