摘要
应用参数化有限元分析技术,对SX2190E重型越野车进行了静强度分析,阐述了如何运用参数化技术分析大型复杂薄壁组合结构。经过分析,获得了整体车架在各种严重工况中的应力与变形分布情况,为该型车结构的改装及优化提供了理论依据。
The intensity of SX2190E heavy cross-county camion is studied in this paper with the method of parametic finite element analysis(FEA).It expatiates how to use parameterized technique to solve large complex laminate combination structure.The pattern of distortion and stress distribution in each case for the whool vehicl frame is obtained by analytical calculation.These results can be used to refitting design and optimize the structure of the vehicle frame.
