摘要
分析了农村卫生室规范化服务和基本医疗服务质量的情况。被调查的83个村卫生室中,有60.0%以上的村卫生室的卫生医疗服务不使用门诊病历和处方;有60.0%左右的村卫生室开出的处方不规范,主要表现在处方药物剂量、规格、治疗剂量不合理和重复用药。提示,进一步加强村卫生室服务规范化和提高基本医疗服务质量,仍是今后加强农村卫生室建设的主要任务。
A survey on standardization and quality of health service were conducted on 83 village clinics in rural Shandong province. The result showed： the outpatient case and prescriptions were not used in more than 60% village clinics, and about 60% of the prescriptions provided are disqualification. The major problem is the dosage, specification of drug and the dose of treatment provided are disqualification.
