摘要 简要介绍了海藻酸结构式,海藻酸钠制备方法、性质和用途;重点介绍了海藻纤维制备方法、主要性能及应用研究进展。海藻纤维是以海藻酸钠为基本原料,将海藻酸钠溶液均匀加入粘胶中,经混合、研磨制成纺丝液进行湿法纺丝,再经水洗、拉伸、干燥制得海藻纤维。由于海藻纤维具有抗菌性、高吸湿性、易去除性、高透气性、生物降解性与相容性、金属离子吸附性、抗静性及自阻燃性,使其在医用领域具有一些独特使用功效,可作为医用绷带、纱布和敷料使用;利用海藻纤维对金属离子的吸附性、抗静电性,可制备防护纺织品。 The structural formula plication of sodium alginate were of alginic acid was briefly introduced. The preparation, properties, and apalso briefly introduced. The preparation, main properties and application of seacell were introduced with an emphasis. The seacell was made from sodium alginate by following steps: adding the sodium alginate solution to viscose and mixing and grinding the mixture to prepare spinning fluid, then wet - spinning, washing, drafting and drying. This fiber could be used as medical bandage, medical gauze and medical dressing in view of its antibacterial activity, high wet absorbency, easy removal, good gas permeability, the biodegradability and compatibility, absorptive property to metallic ion, antistatic property and flame retardancy. Protective textile was manufactured because of seacell's absorptive property to metallic ions, antistatic property.
