摘要
创面用敷料是一种重要的医用纺织品,其类别包括非织造布、机织物、针织物和其他特殊种类的结构。这些材料的性能由于它们的化学和物理结构的不同而有很大的变化,临床应用中它们可以被应用在不同种类的伤口上保护伤口、吸收伤口渗出液和抑制细菌生长等。总结了创面用敷料的测试方法,简要地描述了关于吸湿性、给湿性、扩散性、透气性、抗菌性、吸臭性、离子交换性能的测试步骤。
Wound dressings are an important type of medical textiles which include nonwoven, woven, knitted and other structures. The properties of these products can vary significantly because of the variations in the chemical and physical structures. During clinical use they can be applied to different types of wounds, helping protect the wound, absorb wound exudate and limit bacteria grouth, etc. This article summarized the test methods for characterizing wound dressings and gave a brief description of the methods for testing the absorption, water donation, fluid spreading, breathability, antimicrobial, odour absorbing and ion-exchange properties of the wound dressings.
