摘要
入口活套作为退火生产线入口段与工艺段的枢纽,其张力的动、稳态性能对整个生产线的正常运行起着非常重要的作用。针对现代化退火生产线入口活套张力控制的问题,提出了转矩补偿算法。从恒张力控制的机理出发,详细阐述了活套转矩补偿算法和张力控制系统的实现。实践证明,此控制系统性能良好,满足生产线的工艺要求。
Entry looper is the hub of entrance section and technological section in continuous annealing processing line. The dynamic and static performance of tension in continuous annealing processing line plays a very important role. To solve the problem of tension control, a torque compensation algorithm was developed. Based on constant tension control mechanism, algorithm of looper torque compensation and realization of tension control was suggested. In practice, the control system with good results can meet the technological requirement.
