摘要
张力控制是镀锌板带质量控制的一个重要环节,是产品质量控制的关键问题。文章介绍了热镀锌生产线轧制过程中入口活套功能、控制要求、设备组成及张力控制,对影响入口活套张力不稳定因素进行了分析。通过分析各种形成张力不稳定的可能因素,进行补偿,减少系统张力手动调节步骤,尽可能实现全线运行过程中的恒张力控制。
The tension control is an important link of controlling the quality of galvanized sheet.In the article,it is introduced the functions,control requirements,equipment composition and tension control of rolling for hot galvanizing line as well as analyzed the unstable factors influencing the tension of entry loop.It is got that the constant tension control in the whole process could be realized by compensating and reducing the step of manual adjustment for tension of the system.
