摘要
针对某1 450mm酸轧机组酸洗部分的工艺特点及设备组成,开发了以带钢跟踪、速度控制、张力控制为核心的自动化控制系统。实现了对带钢焊缝的全程跟踪,为带钢连续生产线的全面自动化奠定了基础。提出了速度控制优化算法,使生产节奏更加紧凑,并采用了复合式张力控制方法,提高了张力控制的精度。系统投入以后,运行平稳,优化效果明显。
According to the process characteristics and equipment components of a 1 450 mm pickling line tandem cold rolling mill (PL-TCM),the automatic control system with strip tracking,speed control and tension control as the core was developed.The entire tracking on the strip welding seam was realized,which laid the foundation for the full automation of continuous strip production line.The optimization algorithm of speed control was proposed,so that the production rhythm was more compact.A compound tension control method was adopted,which improved the precision of tension control.The system performed stable in operation after being put in use,which showed ob-vious optimization effect.
