摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定乳香及制乳香中11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸的含量。方法采用Agilent TC-C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(80∶20),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为250nm,柱温为30℃。结果 11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸在0.1535~2.4560μg范围内线性良好,r=0.99999。平均回收率为97.62%,RSD=1.36%。结论本法专属、快速、准确,可用于乳香的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of 3-acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid in frankincense and processed frankincense by HPLC.Methods Analysis was carried out on an Agilent TC-C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution(80∶20) as mobile phases.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,and the UV detector was monitored at 250nm.The column temperature was 30℃.Results The calibration curve showed good linear regression within 0.1535~2.4560μg(r=0.99999).The average recovery was 97.62%(RSD=1.36%).Conclusion The method was specific,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of frankincense.
