摘要
研究了乳香炮制前后挥发油含量的变化，用ＧＣ－ＭＳ法分析鉴定了挥发油中的组分，并用ＧＣ法测定了各种组分炮制前后的含量变化。结果表明，乳香经炮制后各炮制品的挥发油含量变化不大，其组分含量有一定变化。
The content changes of volatile oil from Resina Boswelliae Carterii before and after being processed were studied.The compositions of volatile oil were identified by GC-MS and their changes before and after being processed were determined by GC.As a result,there are no significant changes in volatile Content of various processed productions.But their compositions showed some changes.
