摘要
目的:建立藏药四味藏木香散中微量元素含量的测定方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以铑为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定样品中Cr、Mn、Ni、Co、Cu、Zn、As7种微量元素的含量。结果:该方法对各元素的检出限为0.003～0.095μg.g-1,回收率为90%～105%,国家标准物质茶标(GBW07404)和杨树叶(GBW07405)的测定值与标准值基本吻合。结论:所建立的方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,可以用于测定四味藏木香散中微量元素的含量。
Objective：To establish the method for determination of the trace elements in Manubzhithang.Methods：A method was studied for the assay of seven trace elements such as Cr,Mn,Ni,Co,Cu,Zn and As in manubzhithang by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP-MS） with Rh as internal standard.Results：Detection limits for above elements were 0.003-0.095 μg·g-1,with the recoveries were 90%-105%.The results obtained showed close agreement with the national standard substances of tea leaves （GBW07404） and poplar leaves （GBW07405）.Conclusion：The method is fast,accurate and reliable,which can be used to determinate the contents of trace elements in Manubzhithang.
