摘要
为研究多次喷射对柴油机噪声及排放特性的影响,针对一台电控共轨重型柴油机建立了试验测控系统,确定了噪声影响的评价指标。在不同的预喷射和后喷射条件下对燃烧噪声及NOx和PM排放的影响进行了试验。试验结果表明:对于标定点和B50点,预喷射的引入都改善了柴油机燃烧噪声;对于B50点,存在一个最佳预喷射方案,可以在改善NOx排放水平的同时不恶化PM排放;同样,存在一个最佳后喷射方案,在对NOx排放影响较小的同时极大地改善了PM的排放,但是燃油消耗率、排温稍有升高。
In order to study effects of multiple injection on diesel engine combustion noise and emission characteristics,a test bench was set up for a heavy duty diesel engine equipped with electron-controlled common rail injection system.The criterion to evaluate combustion noise level was defined.Experiments were carried out to explore the influence of various pilot injections and post injections on combustion noise,NOx and PM emissions.The experimental results show that combustion noise level is improved by pilot injection introduced under both rated and B50 conditions.As for B50 conditions individually,there is a best pilot injection scheme which can reduce NOx formation without PM emission deterioration.Similarly,an optimum post injection scheme exists which can decrease PM emission significantly with less influence on NOx emissions.However,there is penalty of a little increasing of specific fuel consumption and exhaust temperature.
