摘要
多次喷射中两个重要参数喷油提前角和喷油脉冲间隔角的变化对燃烧过程会产生重要影响。通过对多种喷射方案的数值计算结果分析了不同喷射参数对于同时降低颗粒和氮氧化物排放的影响。结果表明:多次喷射模式在控制燃烧放热速率方面比单次喷射模式具有更大的灵活性,合理的参数选取可使颗粒、氮氧化物排放和平均有效压力之间获得良好的折衷。最后数值计算结果通过与试验结果对比得到验证。
The variation of advanced injection angle combustion. Several cases for simulation are designed and pulse interval of split injection has great effects on , and the effectiveness of different injection parameters to reduce soot and NOx simultaneously is analyzed. The results show that split injection mode has more flexibility than single injection in control heat release rate, appropriate parameter selecting can be a better trade-off between emission of soot, nitrogen oxide and effective mean pressure. Finally, the simulation results are conformed by comparison with test result.
