摘要
通过对医学研究生的培养,发现"80后"一代人具有更多与以往学生不同的特征,个性更加鲜明,自我意识更强,头脑反应灵活,对新兴事物接受快,驾驭网络的能力很强;同时也存在着集体意识淡薄、对社会冷漠、与周围人的沟通障碍等一些不足。文中对这些问题进行总结与分析,因材施教,个性化的开展对"80后"一代医学研究生的教育培养,最大限度的发挥学生的特长,使其在3年的学习中受益更多,为医学队伍培养出更多的优秀人才。
These years,through the training of medical students we found that 80′s generation students have a different characteristics with more distinct personality,self-conscious and agile mind.The acceptance of new things is better,and they have strong ability to control the network.But also there are some defects in collective consciousness,paying attention to the society and communication with the people around.To the summary and analysis the questions above,we propose that the teaching should be not only individualized,personalized for the 80′s generation of graduate medical education and training,maximize the strengths of students to benefit in three years,but also to train more talents for our medical team.
