摘要
提出了当前在变电站自动化系统中实现IEC 61850所面临的一个重要问题,即如何实现基 于IEC 61850技术的新系统与基于传统技术的现有系统之间的兼容。分析了变电站自动化系统的 现状,比较了现有技术与IEC 61850的重要差异,指出在现有系统与新系统之间必然存在一个过渡 期。文中提出了2种策略,利用这2种策略可以在过渡期实现新系统与现有系统的兼容。
How to realize the compatibility between the new substation automation system （SAS） based on IEC 61850 and the current SAS based on the conventional technology is an important problem when implementing IEC61850 in SAS. The current status of SAS is analyzed. A comparison between the current technology and IEC 61850 is made and it is pointed out that there will be a transitional period existing between the current system and the new system. Two kinds of strategy are proposed to implement the compatibility of the two systems in the transitional period.
