摘要
文章选取2005年和2015年两个时间点,以湖南衡阳市的市、县公共图书馆为标本,以调研数据对照为主要方法,展现出近十年我国中部地区基层图书馆事业的发展概况,并揭示其中存在的主要问题。
This article selects two time points ＂2005 and 2015＂,taking the city and County Public Library in Heng Yang city as the main origin, and the research data as the main evidence, which is reflected in the development of basic level libraries in the central region of China in recent ten years.Its aim is to reveal the current problems needing solving in effective ways.
