在全国所有的公共图书馆即将实现免费开放的大趋势下,公共图书馆的财政支撑问题成为业界关注的焦点。本文分析了地方政府的责任,回顾了长期以来因经费短缺对公共图书馆事业造成的伤害,并对县级公共图书馆开拓经费来源提出了若干建议。
The financial support for public libraries has been the focus along with the upcoming overall free opening of public libraries around the nation.The paper analyzes responsibilities of the government and retraces the damages caused by financial shortage to the career of public libraries.It also puts forward suggestions as to expand the source of finance for county public libraries.
