摘要
目的分析中医院护士及护生对中医护理的认知及中医护理特色能力的现状,为教育者进行科学有效的教学改革提供借鉴。方法自行设计问卷对护士及护生进行问卷调查并进行数据分析。结果实习护生认为最欠缺的是疾病辨证护理指导、中药用药护理指导、中医护理记录的撰写。69.76%的中医院护理实习生认为学校中医类相关课程设置与实践需要相脱节。结论优化课程设置,体现中医特色,完善临床实习模式,加强学校教师与临床带教的联系,加强学生中医特色护理能力的培养。
Objective To analyse the cognition on TCM nursing and nursing ability of nurses and nursing students in TCM hospitals and to provide the reference for scientific and effective teaching reform.Method The self-designed questionnaire was used to make investigation in nurses and nursing students,and the data were analysed.Result The nursing students held that they need the guides of syndrome differentiation,Chinese medicinal administration and writing of TCM nursing records.Of them,69.76 percent thought that TCM course offering was divorced from practice.Conclusion The curriculum,clinical practice,relation between university teachers and clinical teachers,and TCM nursing ability should be improved.
