开放式教学和服务性学习引入基础护理学教学效果初探 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨开放式教学和服务性学习引入基础护理学教学的效果。方法选取我校护理专业医学生108名,随机分为对照组(n=54)和观察组(n=54)两组。观察组基础护理学教学采取护理示教室开放式教学和引入32学时服务性学习教学项目。课程结束时比较两组学生理论考试成绩、实践技能考核成绩和护理软技能常模量表评分。结果观察组护生的理论考试成绩及实践技能考核成绩均高于对照组,两组之间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生护理软技能常模量表评分优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开放式教学和服务性学习引入基础护理学教学不仅利于提升学生理论和实践技能考核成绩,且利于护生护理软技能的培养。 Objective To explore the effect of open teaching and service learning in the teaching of basic nursing. Methods 108 nursing students were randomly divided into two groups,54 nursing students in each group. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group was introduced into the classroom teaching and service learning. At the end of the course, the scores of the two groups were compared with the scores of nursing soft skills. Results The students in the experimental group theory and practical skills test scores were higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P〈0.05); The experimental group students' nursing Soft Skills Scale scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The introduction of basic nursing teaching to open teaching and service learning is helpful to improve students' performance and soft skills..
