摘要
随着纳米技术制备新型陶瓷材料研究的不断深入,对纳米级粉体的使用日益广泛。但由于纳米粉体的表面活性很大,很容易团聚在一起。通过表面改性可以使粉体达到稳定分散,因而这一技术也受到越来越广泛的关注。本文主要对碳化硅纳米粉体表面改性方法及表面改性对粉体性能影响进行了介绍,并且对碳化硅粉体的应用前景进行了展望。
With the study which prepare new ceramic materials by nanotechnology steady deepening,the use of nanopowder is increasing.However,the surface activity of nanopowder is so large that it is easy to join together.Making powders achieve a stable dispersion by surface modification,which has been concerned more and more extensively.The methods of surface modification on silicon carbide and the influence of surface modification on the properties of powder were described in this paper,and predicted the prospects for the application of silicon carbide.
