摘要
研究了聚丙烯腈 (PAN)平板超滤膜的低温氧等离子体表面改性 .结果表明 ,改性后的 PAN超滤膜透水率降低 ,截留率上升 .研究了低温等离子体条件 (放电功率、反应腔压力、改性处理时间 )对改性结果的影响 .实验研究表明 ,低温等离子体表面改性技术可用于 PAN超滤膜的改性 .
The low temperature plasma treatment with oxygen for PAN film ultrafiltration membranes are studied in this paper.The results showed that the water flux of the modified membranes decreased,but the rate of rejection increased.The influence oxygen low temperature plasma conditions (the input electricity power,the relative chamber pressure,the treating time) on the modification were studied.The results obtained indicated that the technique of surface modification by low temperature plasma treatment with oxygen is available in PAN ultrafiltration membranes modification.
