摘要
用扭辫法和示差扫描量热法研究了热固性丙烯酸酯四元共聚物(甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)无皂水溶胶的固化过程。共聚物上的弪基和羧基与固化剂(六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺)上的甲氧基在不同温度区间交联,在催化剂(对甲基苯磺酸)的存在下,羟基交联温度低于羧基。共聚物水溶胶交联固化时间随固化温度升高而缩短,用Arrhenius式求得其固化活化能为51.8kJ/mol。用抽提法考察了固化时间和固化剂量对固化度的影响。
The curing behaviour of water-solubilized acrylics (MMA/BA/AA/HEMA) containing curing agent HMMM and catalyst PTSA was stueied by TBA and DSC. It was found that the hydroxy group and carboxy group of the copolymer were crosslinked with methoxyl group of HMMM under different temperature. In the presence of acidic catalyst PTSA,curing temperature for hydroxy group is lower than that for carboxy group. Activation energy of curing with 20%HMMM and 0. 5% PTSA is 51. 8kJ/mol. The effects of curing time and the quantity of curing agent on crosslinkage were studied by the extraction method.
