摘要
主要以乙酸和乙醇为原料,酸性离子液体[Hmim]H2PO4为催化剂进行乙酸乙酯的合成研究。在实验过程中,考察了酯化反应条件对催化活性的影响,筛选出能够分离回收离子液体的溶剂,同时通过红外光谱对离子液体的结构进行表征。结果表明:n(乙酸)∶n(乙醇)∶n(催化剂)=1.2∶1∶0.15,t=4 h,乙醇转化率最高(90.18%),离子液体[Hmim]H2PO4经重复使用5次,乙醇转化率仍保持在88%以上;环己酮作为萃取分离[Hmim]H2PO4的溶剂,不仅能够分离出离子液体和水,而且可以使乙酸乙酯、乙酸和乙醇通过精馏得以分离。
Ethyl acetate was synthesized with acetic acid and ethanol using ionic liquid [Hmim]H2PO4 as catalyst.Influencing factors of esterification reaction were investigated.Ionic liquid was recovered by solvent extraction and suitable solvent was chosen.And the chemical structure of [Hmim]H2P4 was analyzed by FT-IR.The results showed that conversion rate of ethanol of 90.18 % was obtained with the optimum conditions that the molar ratio of acetic acid-to-ethanol-to-the ionic liquid was 1.2∶1∶0.15 and reaction time was 4 h.The catalyst can be repeatedly used for 5 times with the conversion of ethanol of over 88.00 wt.%.Cyclohexanone-oxime was chosen as extraction solvent to recovery the ionic liquid and remove water.It was favorable for ethyl acetate,acetic acid and ethanol separated by rectification.
