摘要
D001树脂用SnCl_4改性后,酸强度、酸量和H+交换容量都发生了变化。证明SnCl4能在树脂的磺酸基团产生络合,形成新的不会被阳离子交换而失活的H0≤-11.35酸中心。考察了树脂催化剂液相合成乙酸丁酯反应的表观活化能、催化系数和内外扩散影响。在连续分水条件下,反应的表观活化能为33.4kJ/mol,催化剂的催化系数为1,34×10-3,乙酸丁酯产率可达98.7%,高于等当量H2SO4的催化活性。
s ion exchange resin D001 was modified by SnCl4,its acidity,amount of acid and exchange quality of H+ were all changed.The results show that SnCI4, reacts with the sulphonate structure of the resin forming a new acid centre(H0≤-11.35), which can not be exchanged by positive ion. For the esterification of n-butyl acetate catalyzed by the resin,the apparent activation energy(Ea),catalytic coefficient (ka) and effect of internal and external diffusion were investigated. Under the condition of continuous separation of water,Ea= 33.4kJ/mol, ka=1.34× 10-3 and the yield is 98. 7%.Its activity is better than of equivalent H2SO4.
