摘要 以浸渍离子交换法制备了TiZSM-5分子筛催化剂,考察了它对乙醇脱水制乙醚反应的催化性能.实验结果表明:当浸渍液浓度为0.05mol/L,反应温度为162℃,反应物进样空速为1.66h-1,气固相反应制乙醚,乙醇转化率可达83.7%,乙醚产率为73.0%,选择性为87.2%.该催化剂还具有制备方法简单和价廉易得的特点,可望有开发应用价值. The molecular sieve TiZSM-5 was prepared by immersion ion exchange method.The catalytic activity of TiZSM-5 for ethanol dehydration to ethyl ether was studied.The results show it works well on the reaction with efficient activity.The method is simple and the cost is low.So they have a potential applicability in the catalytic industry.
