摘要
用气相色谱—质谱法分析鉴定了早开堇菜的挥发性成分,确定了早开堇菜挥发油中44种化学成分,占挥发油总量的42.33%,采用峰面积归一化法求出了各种成分的相对含量。
The volatile substance was extracted and analyzed with qualitative and quantitative method by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.44 compounds were identified,whose content was 42.33% in volatile chemical components.The relative content of these compounds were determined by peak area normalization method.
