摘要
目的推导出疲劳断裂概率、可靠性及疲劳寿命的近似解析表达式,使疲劳断裂的非平衡统计理论具有实际应用价值.方法用非平衡统计理论的概念和方法,结合微观动力学,从微观机理出发进行严格的数学推导.结果给出了各种情况下疲劳断裂概率、可靠性及疲劳寿命的近似解析表达式.结论在不同情况下,虽然f(N)的近似解析表达式需要采取不同的形式,但疲劳寿命可用一个解析表达式表示.
Aim To deduce the approximate functions of fatigue fracture probability, reliability and fatigue lifetime, and make nonequibrium statistical theory of fatigue fracture applicable to real metals. Methods Using the concept and method of nonequibrium statistical theory with microdynamics, the more rigorous mathematical calculation was made. Results The approximate functions of fatigue fracture probability, reliability and fatigue lifetime were obtained. Conclusion The fatigue lifetime of all real metals can be expressed by the same formula, although the f(N) has the different expression.
