摘要
为振动时效激振力的选择提供依据,分析了有残余应力存在的构件在振动时效时的受力类型和特性.通过绘制Goodman受力范围图,确定了振动时效应力幅值与残余应力、屈服强度、对称循环应力作用下材料的疲劳极限之间的关系.当振动时效时机械偏心激振装置的激振力产生的应力振幅σa≤(1-σm/sσ)σ-1时,振动时效不损伤构件,并能取得良好的时效效果.
Discusses the choice of dynamical stress for the vibratory stress relief, Considering residual stresses in workpiece. Stress types and characteristics in vibratory equipments are analyzed. Goodman draft for stresses under unsymmetrical repeating loads are given. Relation- ship of dynamical stress and residual stress, and yield strength and fatigue limit of symmetrical repeating loads was defined. The results showed that the vibratory stress relief can achieve good results and the workpiece is not damaged, when σa≤(1-σm/σs)σ-1.
