摘要
以生物材料及其矿物质构成的复合材料为研究对象,建立生物材料演化过程和生物矿化过程中宏微观结合的非平衡统计模型.给出生物矿化过程的统计表述,包括统计涨落的理论基础,随机长大方程和涨落长大系数等.在这种表述前提下导出生物材料晶体生长的平均物质的量公式,并和HAP(羟基磷灰石)实验上得出的结果进行了画图比较,可以看出图中实验值曲线的走向与理论值曲线的走向是一致的,进一步说明了理论的正确性.
In order to study the composition of biologic materials and its mineral makeup, a non-equilibrium statistical model of the evolution process of biologic materials and the process of bio-mineralization, correlating the microscopic mechanism with macroscopic properties has been constructed. The model adopted describes statistically the process of bio-mineralization including the stochastic fluctuation theory, stochastic evolution equation and fluctuation growth coefficient, thereby obtaining the formula of the average size of bio-mineralization and is compared with the experimental result. It is shown that the theory is correct.
