摘要
以聚苯乙烯(PS)为膜材料,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为载体,采用复乳-液中干燥法构筑了负载萃取剂的微胶囊膜,并以Cr^(6+)的废水模拟溶液考察微胶囊膜的传输性能。结果表明:微胶囊膜的传输性能随着载体TBP在微胶囊膜中的浓度的增加而增强,随着微胶囊膜膜厚的增加而减弱。微胶囊的富集容量随外相中的Cr_2O_7^(2-)浓度的增加而加大。Cr_2O_7^(2-)在微胶囊膜中的传输,在初始阶段是化学吸附和浓差渗透共同作用的结果,后期逐渐为单纯的浓差渗透的结果。
The thesis use polystyrene (PS) as the membrane material, tributyl phosphate (TBP) as the carrier , by adopting the method of emulsion - liquid drying to build loaded extractant microcapsule membrane and investigating transmission performance of microcapsule membrane in the wastewater simulation solution- structure of Cr^6+ . Results: the transmission properties of microcapsules increased with the concentrations of tributyl phosphate (TBP)as the carrier of microcapsule membrane the increaser, with increasing thickness of microcapsules weakened membrane. Enrichment capacity of microcapsules with the outer phase of Cr2O7^2- in the increasing concentration increased, Cr2O7^2- of microcapsule membrane in the transmission, in the initial stage of adsorption of chemical and concentration difference penetration result of the role, later gradually penetrate the simple result of concentration difference penetration.
