Application of Membrane Emulsification Technology to Particulate Delivery Systems

摘要 膜乳化技术可用于制备各种乳剂、微粒和脂质体等,制备过程能耗低,条件温和,设备简单,操作方便,有望实现扩大生产。本文综述了膜乳化过程、影响因素,及该技术在乳剂、微球、纳米粒等剂型制备中的应用。 Membrane emulsification technology can be used to prepare emulsions, particulates and liposomes. Because of the low energy expenditure, easy operation and simple equipment, membrane emulsification technology is hopeful for large scale production. Its procedure, influence effects and applications in preparing emulsions, microspheres and nanoparticles are reviewed.
