摘要
通过对来源于土壤、果皮、酒厂废水及实验室的酵母菌株进行选育研究，选育出能充分利用玉米酒精废糟液生产单细胞蛋白的优良酵母菌株１ｅ，测定其生长规律，得到生长的动力学关系式。
