摘要
目的调查中药注射剂的应用情况和发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用限定日剂量法,统计分析解放军总医院药库2006—2009年中药注射剂的用药频度(DDDs)及销售金额。结果中药注射剂销售金额逐年增加,肿瘤用药和心血管疾病用药所占比例最大,血栓通注射液、七叶皂苷钠注射液、复方苦参注射液、香菇多糖注射液连续3年稳居前6位;醒脑静注射液使用量逐年增加,而消癌平注射液、肾康注射液使用量逐年减少。结论该院中药注射剂应用基本合理。
Objective To analyze the clinical use of Chinese herbal injections in our hospital for reference of their rational use.Methods The Chinese herbal injections used between 2006 and 2009 were analyzed in respect of the consumption sum,DDDs.Results The varieties of Chinese herbal injections increased year by year over the 4 years.The Chinese herbal injections used for oncology and cardiovascular diseases took the highest proportion in terms of consumption sum.Xueshuantong Injection,Aescin Sodium for Injection,Compound Matrine Injection and Lentinan Injection ranked in the top six for 3 consecutive years.The usage amount of Xingnaojing Injection was gradually increased with years,while the usage amount of Xiaoaiping Injection and Shenkang Injection was gradually reduced.Conclusion The ap-plication of Chinese herbal injections is basically rational in our hospital.
