摘要
目的:了解近年中药注射剂使用状况,发现、预测其流行趋势、发展方向,为研、产、销提供资讯。方法:应用金额排序法及DDDs排序法,统计分析我院中药注射剂用药金额、DDDs、DDC及其变化。结果:该类制剂的金额及用量均迅速增长,2006年较2001年金额增长112%,DDDs增长44%;该类制剂的金额、用量及品种主要集中分布于心脑血管类、补益类、抗感染类及抗肿瘤类4大类别。结论:中药注射剂的发展应加强高层次纵深方向的研究、提高生产工艺;加强专利保护,减少大量重复投入;挖掘荒芜类别领域。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the dynamic application of Chinese medicine injections and predict their developmental trend for references of research, production and marketing of this product. METHODS： The dynamic change of Chinese medicine injections in Consumption sum, DDDs and DDC were analyzed by means of ordering of consumption sum and DDDs. RESULTS： Both the consumption sum and consumption quantity of Chinese medicine injections experienced a fast increase, up 112% and 44%, respectively in 2006 as compared with 2001. Of the total Chinese medicine injections, the categories for cardio - cerebral vascular diseases and tonification, anti - infectives and antitumor drugs took the lead in terms of consumption sum and quantity. CONCLUSION： To develop Chinese medicine injections, it is necessary to conduct further research at high level, enhance preparation technology, and strengthen patent protection to reduce large repetitive investment and to tap virgin categories.
