摘要
[目的]观察丹参、山楂为主药汤剂治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的临床疗效。[方法]将符合入选标准的92例NASH患者随机分成治疗组62例和对照组30例,治疗组经辨证予丹参、山楂为主药汤剂150 ml口服,每天2次;对照组予易善复胶囊456 mg口服,每天3次,2组均12周为1个疗程。疗程结束后观察临床疗效、检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、γ谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、三酰甘油(TG),并观察肝脏影像学(B超、CT)变化。[结果]①治疗组总有效率为91.93%,对照组为73.33%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗后2组ALT较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01);治疗组血清TG较对照组降低明显(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者B超检查肝脏回声增强人数均明显减少(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后肝/脾CT值降低人数较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。[结论]丹参、山楂为主药辨证治疗NASH临床疗效明显。
[Objective]To assess the clinical effect of the Recipe composed mainly of Salviamiltiorrhiza and Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge based on traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive analysing symptoms（TCMCAS） in treating nonalcoholic steatohepatitis（NASH）.[Methods]The 92 patients with NASH were randomly divided into two groups.The 62 patients in the treating group were respectively given 150 ml liquids of the Recipe composed mainly of Salviamiltiorrhiza and Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge twice a day.In control group,each one was given 456 mg of polyene phosphatidycholine capsule three times a day.The therapeutic course for both groups was 3 months.Serum levels of ALT,AST,GGT,TGand liver B ultrasonography and CT were respectively tested before and after treating.[Results]①The total effective rate was 91.93% for the therapeutic group and 73.33% for the control group,the former was superior to the latter（P〈0.05）.②After treatment,serum ALT in two groups was significantly reduced（P〈0.01）.there was significant difference in the serum levels of TG（P〈0.05）.The number of enhenced echo in liver B ultrasonography in two groups was remarkably decreased（P〈0.01） and the number of patients in decreasing levels of liver and spleen CT rate was apparently different between the two groups（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]the Recipe composed mainly of Salviamiltiorrhiza and Crataegus Pinnatifida Bge based on TCMCAS is effective on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.
