摘要
对以增强纤维橡胶制成的、用流体驱动的三自由度柔性微型驱动器进行了静力学性能的基础研究。文章用有限元法对微驱动器进行计算分析,采用Newton-Raph-son法进行非线性迭代,首次获得微驱动器的角偏转刚度计算结果,并将计算结果与日本铃森康一等人的实验结果进行了比较。
This paper deals with static characteristics of flexible microactuator with 3DOF. It is made of fiber reinforced rubber and is driven by fluid. The FEM is applied to the nonlinear analysis of the microactuator. The calculate results are compared with the Koichi Suzumori s experimental data. The angular stiffness calculation result of flexible microactuator is obtained at the first time.
