摘要
目的探讨应用股骨锁定加压钢板治疗粗隆部位骨折的手术疗效。方法分析采用锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗粗隆部位骨折患者47例。其中按AO骨折分型:A1型骨折32例,A2骨折13例,A3骨折2例。结果所有患者随访4～13(平均10.4)个月。根据Sanders标准,优35例,良8例,可2例,差2例,优良率91.4%。结论锁定加压钢板治疗股骨粗隆部位骨折具有设计理念先进、固定可靠、骨折愈合率高等优点,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the locking compression plate fixation of intertrochanteric femoral fractures surgery.Methods 47 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated by locking compression plate（LCP）were reviewed.32 cases were A1-type fracture,13 cases were A2-type fracture and 2 cases were A3-type fracture.Results All patients were followed up 4 to 13 months with an average of 10.4 months.35 cases were evaluated as excellent,8 cases as good,2 cases as fair and 2 cases as good.The fineness rate was 91.4%.Conclusion Locking compression plate fixation femur fractures has the advantages of design,reliable fixation and high rate of fracture healing.The technique can obtain good clinical practice.
