摘要
模拟人的思维特点,分析混凝土搅拌站动态配料系统的控制过程,在系统动态称重配料过程中引入迭代自学习控制策略和预测模型算法控制(MAC),并对该系统的非线性误差的控制过程进行了分析;MATLAB仿真表明,系统的配料精度和速度都达到要求,在模型匹配时性能良好,在模型失配时依然能满意运行,表现出响应快、鲁棒性强及超调量小的特点。
Simulating characteristics of human intelligence,analyzes control process for concrete mixing station dynamic batching system,iterative self-learning and model algorithm control(MAC) is introduced into the system of dynamic ingredient process with weighing,analyzes the control process of system's non-nonlinearity error.Simulated results based on Matlab prove that precision and rate of system batching all fulfill the requirement,shows good performance when predictive model matches and satisfactory results when model mismatches,represents the Response is quickly,better robustness and small overshoot.
