摘要
研究金龙舒胆冲剂对炎症、免疫功能及体外细菌生长的影响。结果表明,金龙舒胆冲剂能显著抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生,提高小鼠对碳粒的吞噬活性,促进PHA刺激的小鼠淋巴细胞转化,并具有明显的抑菌效应。提示金龙舒胆冲剂具有抗炎、免疫增强及抑菌作用。
Granule Jinlongshudan(JLSD)is the complex mixture made from many traditional Chinese medicines.Itsantiinflammation,immunopotentiation and antibacterial action in vitro were studied.The results showed thatGranule JLSD(5,10 g/kg ig,qd×15)markedly inhibited proliferation of granulation induced by cotton wool inrats,and increased the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles and the lymphocyte transformation stimulated in vivoby PHA in mice.The results also showed that Granule JLSD(1,2 g/mL)significantly inhibited many bacterialgrowth in vitro.These results suggested that Granule JLSD have antinflammatory,immunopotentiating and an-tibacterial actions.
