摘要
考察了HZSM-11型沸石晶粒大小对甲苯乙基化,二甲苯异构化、甲苯歧化等反应的活性及选择性以及对正己烷裂解反应活性的影响。发现小晶粒样品对提高芳烃的反应活性有利,而大晶粒对选择性有利,对正己烷裂解活性则相反。发现这种差异与样品的酸量大小无关,而与其晶内扩散阻力有很大关系。这仍是因不同晶粒大小样品的微孔长度不同所引起的结果。
The activity and selectivity HZSM-11 zeolite samples with different crystallite sizes for toluene ethylation, xylene isomerization and toluene disproportionation and their activity for the cracking of n-hexane was investigated. It was observed that small crystallites are more active and large crystallites are more selective for the reactions of the aromatics. But the activity for the cracking of n-hexane was higher for larger crystallites.The explanation is that the activity and selectivity of HZSM-11 for the reaction of the aromatic and the activity for n-hexane cracking are all independent of acidity but dependent on the length of micropores through which the reactants and products diffuse.
