摘要
已有60余年办学历史的上海市比乐中学希望通过学校文化建设实现高境界的发展,本文结合该校实际及相关研究,对学校文化建设的三种途径(理性思辨、历史叙事、主动创生)进行辨证分析,并尝试融合这三种途径,形成主动生成学校新文化的整体思路,将其落实于学校日常教育活动的切实改进之中。
Bile High School hopes to build new school culture to realize high-level development on the basis of more than 60 years＂ history. Combining with the school/s reality and the experts＂ relevant researches, we distinguish three ways of school culture building： reasoning, historical narrative and active generating. We try to merge the three ways and formulate a comprehensive strategy of active emerging of the new culture. That strategy can be applied into the ordinary practice of the school life.
