摘要
目的研究鹿蹄草中鹿蹄草素和梅笠草素的提取分离条件。方法用水煎、醇沉、萃取以及柱层析的方法得到粗晶,并对粗晶通过FeC13反应、盐酸镁粉实验、紫外光谱以及质谱等方法进行定性研究,然后通过薄层层析以及柱层析分析方法对粗晶进一步分离提纯。结果质谱测试结果表明,分离得到了鹿蹄草素和梅笠草素这两种化合物。结论鹿蹄草中鹿蹄草素和梅笠草素的提取分离工艺条件合理可行,为下一步的药理活性实验研究打下了基础。
Objective To study the extracting and isolating conditions of methylquinol and chimaphilin in pyrola rotundifolia. Methods Coarse grain was obtained by water decocting, alcohol precipitaion, extraction and column chromatography. The coarse grain was qualitatively invesitgated by FeCl3 reaction, magnesium hydrechloride powder experiment, ultraviolet spectrum and mass spectrometry. It was further isolated and purified by thin layer chromatography and column chromatography. Results Mass spectrometry indicated that two compounds - - - methylquinol and chimaphilin were obtained. Conclusion The extracting and isolating conditions of methylquinol and chimaphilin in pyrola rotundifolia were applicalbe, which is the basis for further pharmacological activity experiment.
